Level 1 and half-day ride
Off Cycling have received many requests to put together a simple, easy to follow maintenance course. After some thought we have put together a day which will involve cycle maintenance and a half-day ride that will suit different abilities.
The programme covers two levels;
Level 1 and 2.
Level 1 will cover:
- setting up the bike correctly (saddle, headset)
- fault finding
- general servicing (brake and gear alignment)
- puncture repairs
There is a discount of £5.00 off each course if two levels are booked.
Refreshments will be available during the morning and lunch served before the ride.
After lunch we will then go on a half-day's cycle ride exploring the traffic free trails in this Area of National Beauty. Tea and cakes will be provided at the end of the ride before you depart for home.

During the maintenance course you will be working on your own bike so please could you ensure that your bike is spotlessly clean prior to the day.
